Jessica brings years of experience in claims handling to Marshall & Pruitt Law Group.

Jessica has been licensed in the state of California for over eight years. Before entering into commercial litigation, specializing in insurance bad faith, Jessica was a plaintiff personal injury attorney for six years, settling hundreds of cases, maximizing her client’s compensation and brought a few trials to verdict.

Jessica went to Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she met David Pruitt. While in law school, Jessica was working part-time as a paralegal for a very busy civil litigation attorney in La Mesa, California. She helped the attorney prepare over ten cases for trial.

Jessica has thirteen years of experience in litigation in California. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in California, as well as the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

When she is not litigating, Jessica enjoys time with her family and dog, cooking, yoga, opera or a procedural thriller.

David Pruitt, B.A., MBA, Esq. is both a strong litigator and excellent transactional attorney with a significant business experience. Mr. Pruitt counsels his clients on lemon law and real estate law matters in both Missouri and California.
